Trestles is an AI-native project tracking platform that provides project management tools, task tracking, documentation storage, and integration with AI assistants through the Model Context Protocol (MCP). The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind.

Payments are processed through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months of service or unused portions of your subscription.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We use encryption to protect sensitive data including API keys, credentials, and project information. You retain all ownership rights to your data. Upon account deletion, your data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Trestles and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all content you create and store through the Service.
Trestles integrates with third-party services including Appwrite (database), Stripe (payments), and various AI models through MCP. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of third-party services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trestles shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
